Off-site locations are definitely more supportive of participants remaining focused and often provide you with more suitable alternatives in training room dynamics at dedicated conference facilities.

Participant Numbers
Often companies look to get larger numbers of people trained at one time for the convenience and cost savings of bringing everyone together. Unfortunately those initial savings may well cost you the quality of training. The optimum number of participants in any training programme is 10-15 participants if you wish to achieve maximum attention and benefit for each individual participant.
