Mastering Sales™ Accredited Trainers are people that have excelled in the role of sales and sales management and are a group of absolute sales experts who have led organizations to great success through sales process adoption. To become an Accredited Trainer you will demonstrate:
- The implementation of sales processes and methodologies across an organization to create a consistent sales culture
- Experience in working a structured consultative selling process
- A strong track record in new business development and developing pro-active behaviors in sales forces
- Experience in managing complex or large sales opportunities
- Working with centralized and decentralized sales teams
- Ability to work with individuals to improve their knowledge and capability and sales people and sales managers
- Delivered training to sales teams and ensuring behavioral change through reinforcement and measurement
- Capable of delivering training through both classroom and other mediums of technology

All Accredited Trainers must be able to secure contracts with clients. We are not interested in people that can only train and unable to demonstrate their own selling capability with our services. All Accredited Trainers are required to represent us in the field through a combination of pro-active lead generation and leads provided by your country office. You will ideally have signed and delivered training assignments for a minimum of two years as an independent contractor.
For Organizations: The nominated trainer/s will have a strong track record of success within your industry and in their own performance as a sales person. They will be experienced in the delivery and on-going reinforcement of sales training within your organization.
All Accredited Trainers will demonstrate the following qualities:
- Proven background that fits our criteria for trainers
- Willingness to pass stringent training and assessment to become an accredited Mastering Sales™ trainer
- Dedication to learning to deliver across new training mediums outside the training room
- Dedication to practicing the Mastering Sales™ methodologies
- Desire to be associated with a world class brand
An initial investment is required for the accreditation to become an Accredited Trainer of the Mastering Sales™ Training and Systems.
